If your online payment fails, your order will not be confirmed. Please try again or choose Cash on Delivery. No amount will be deducted for failed transactions.
We accept returns within 7 days if the product is unused and in original packaging. For damaged/wrong items, contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Amount will be sent via bank transfer or original payment method.
