Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website and placing an order.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing The Beauty Aura website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Products & Pricing
- We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
- All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service to anyone.
Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and online card payments through secure gateways.
- Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
- We ship all across Pakistan. Delivery time is usually 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
- The Beauty Aura is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns on sale items.
Product Authenticity
The Beauty Aura guarantees that all products sold are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors. We do not sell counterfeit products.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
